Years back when I started web design, there was no such thing as blogs. We used to call it online journey. Even so, blogger doesn’t exist until few a year or two (2) later and only those who are familiar with web design or web coding owns a blog. But now, everything has made simple for everyone to own a blog. What more, make some income from blogging.

One of the few ways to earn some income would be through blog advertising. Which I think will take ages for you to reach there unless you’re some famous bloggers who get thousand of hits per day. Else you can resort to selling stuff online that is if you have the stocks and the demand is there. Or another better way is, get paid for blogging. It’s a win-win situation for both bloggers and advertisers. Advertisers get to advertise on your blogs and you get to blog for money. How cool is that?

Two (2) weeks ago, I was assigned to another job by my agency. This time, it’s for a Dettol TVC. And the shooting location was at a bowling alley, Summit USJ. The first thing that came into my mind was what kind of Dettol advertisement is that? I supposed we do have bacteria everywhere. Haha…

Few of my friends were there at the shoot because last minutes there were short of talents and had to get replacement for those who pulled out. This is really annoying.

We were told to arrive at 7.30am and the shoot wrap up at 6pm. I must say this is the best shoot that I’ve ever done, in terms of location and timing. Why? Because it’s indoor and you get to play bowling for free. But the not so good thing about shooting indoor is that some of us were freezing in there because its air condition. I was one of them. I ended up wearing few layers of clothes. Too bad I didn’t bring any long sleeve shirt.

Someone even named themselves “So Cold” while the other feller wrote “Sejuk Sial, Tung Ah Dai Lou, Sei Malau, Hao Loi.” Haha… Guess everyone else were feeling cold at the bowling alley.

Three (3) weekends ago, my dearest had a wedding assignment at The Lakehouse, Cameron Highlands. So I took the opportunity to enjoy my weekend up at Cameron Highlands. I remember the last time I went there was years ago, back when I was in high school.

The journey to Cameron Highlands was approximately two (2) and a half (1/2) hours, up the winding road. The weather was slightly colder compared to Genting Highlands. It’s a place where tea plantation, vegetables and strawberries grows. Where the air you breathe is comparatively fresher. Haha…

We stayed a night at Heritage Hotel which cost only RM168 with breakfast for 2, pretty reasonable price for a three (3) stars hotel.

Well, there’s nothing much you can do there except hiking and sight seeing as far as I know. Other than that, the life up there is pretty quiet and slow. Not a place that I would want to live for months. Even traveling up the winding road is enough to make me sick.
