Celine Enjoys Cycling!
February 26th 2008 -
I’ve been cycling. Well, for almost half a year. And I’m enjoying it! Seriously… ![]()

My dearest got me a bike, cycling pants and jersey. *grin* All for the sake of getting me into cycling! And he succeeded! Baby, aren’t you’re happy? Hahah… From my experience, I would definitely recommend cycling to anyone because it’s just so fun to cycle! It’s much easier than working out at the gym for an hour, if you ask me. Time passes very quickly when you’re on the wheel, by the time you finished, you wouldn’t even realised that you’ve cycling for hours! ![]()

When we cycle, we cycle in a group. The more the merrier. Definitely!

Being a female rider, I’m relatively slower compared to the guys. But I’m determined to be stronger rider after each rides. Not for anyone else’s sake, but for my own sake. I wanna have sexy + macho tights. LOL. Fortunately, some people are born slim and thin by genetic without the need to work out at all, but definitely not me. I had to work for it.

These aren’t our bikes. They belong to other riders whom happened to be at McD for breakfast as well.

Above is the route to Genting Sempah. This is about 16km up the hill and 16km back down.
Above is the route that we cycle at Putrajaya. The yellow track on map only shows 40km. But usually cycle 50km. Estimate about two (2) and a half (1/2) hours to complete.
** Click on the map for bigger view.
** If there’s anyone who may be interested to ride with us, do drop me a line.Â
We usually cycle on Sundays. Weekdays, you can join the PCC rides at Damansara Height. ![]()

huh?? *faint* 40KM??? *faint again*
the only time I cycle was when I was in the mood to do so..
examples of such mood:
1) nothing better to do (and it’s a good weather)
2) no transport/vehicle (that’s what I did during orientation.. yes.. CYCLE! xD)
3) to train stamina (that was old story)
4) to keep my bike “alive”.. @.@
5) etc.. hahaha
but it does seem rather enjoying there ei? goooood… hehehehe ^^
btw: is Alex from APIIT/UCTI? i thought i saw him yesterday..

Jeff > Same level as Celine

Jeff: Cycling is a form of exercise. It’s like running but at least you’re with wheels, so you go faster! LOL. Also, cycling the most efficient form of transportation in term energy burned. (that’s what I was told)
Wah, you people really turn this comment into a chatbox. Hehe..
A-lex: Haha… You wanna be fast eh? Come take on the challenge! We go by duration and speed! Bring in on, baby…
3POINT8: Hehe… 40km is still alright. Those cyclists that took part in “Le Tour De Langkawi” got to cycling at least 80km + speed! That I really respect!
February 28th, 2008 at 1:46 am
A-lex: Ooo.. Senpai! hahaha..
Celine: Chatbox it is.. haha.. man if i were to cycle 40km, no doubt it will increase my stamina and also i get to lose weight. Then I will also be quicker in sports (that is if i continue with them again).. However….. T_T No equipment, the place you guys go too far, no time to do so (my free time are mostly at night, @.@)
3POINT8: driving 40km also wanna die? wah… sure or not?
February 28th, 2008 at 7:23 am
Haha… Ya loh. 3POINT8, it’s just diving. It’s almost effortless, you know. Unless you’re in flintstone’s time, then I’ll understand la. LOL.

Hey there…
Looks like you getting serious…
Go easy on the big macho tights though… I think it won’t suit your tiny small body so well :p
Cheers,
Fred

Fred: Hello there! It’s hard to gain muscle for ladies. The tights can only get leaner but not get bigger unless I take weight gainer, etc.

you cycle with the PCC group ? is that a woman specific design bike ? if so, how much did you get yours?
March 6th, 2008 at 7:31 pm
doink: No, I don’t cycle with the PCC group. The usually cycle on weekdays and also, I don’t live in PJ so wasn’t able to join them. Mine is not a woman specific bike. It’s a Merida XS frame but still slightly big for me. Got it second hand for less than RM2k.
You cycle as well?
March 14th, 2008 at 11:38 am
considering getting a WSD ..just looking out for now … the other frames are too big for me
