Disney’s High School Musical - The Ice Tour
August 22nd 2008 -
It was quite fortunate that my mum received another complimentary passes from Direct Access. They are just too nice to their client. Well, they have to, else they would be out of business by now. Haha… Just kidding.

Somehow I wasn’t as excited about attending the Disney’s High School Musical: The Ice Tour as much as Disney’s Beauty & The Beast: The Broadway Musical. Probably because I’ve been to quite a few in the past and partly it’s because I have not watch neither of the movies in order to follow.

My mum couldn’t join me for the show that day because she was busy, so I invited my classmate instead.
The whole show was split into two (2) sections. First half was High School Musical 1 while the other half was High School Musical 2. Damn! I should have watch the movie before attending the show.
Anyway, the over performance was alright. I was kind of expecting more though, coming from Disney. The other Disney’s on ice show were somehow better, in term of showmanship. I’m not saying that they aren’t good, but wasn’t the best. It’s a free show anyway, I shouldn’t be complaining.
Here are some snapshots from some of the scenes…

- The Break -

(Part 2)

At the end of the show, I dropped by some of the booth to check out their merchandise. I must say, their stuff are never cheap. Probably because we’re buying it in pound (after Ringgit conversion). Oh, did I mention that they were from UK?

Simon: What do you mean have to use? It’s probably sponsored by CIMB & Direct Access. Are they both under one single company?

Direct Access used to be a credit card company formed by SBB. The CIMB took over SBB so now Direct Access is owned by CIMB. I got the Direct Access credit card before CIMB took over.
